Missing Quest Giver
I just recently entered into Post-Searing Ascalon, and upon entering Old Ascalon, the first guy I saw was someone who offered me a quest to talk to someone about an alliance between Kryta and Ascalon. Right before I could accept, my team member jumped into Ascalon City and ever since I could never find the quest giver, does anyone know where he may be?

You might be referring to the Ambassador Zain. He's in an encampment along with a collector, witness, and elementalist just outside when you zone out of Ascalon in post-searing.

I think Ambassador Zain may have been the objective, but he's not the one who starts it. It's the guy you see right in front of you right after you appear in Old Ascalon right after the searing, and it isn't the Warmaster Tydus guy.
If anyone knows of somewhere where I can get a quest list, that might help, thanks. |

You are referring to "The Krytan Ambassador" quest given by Captain Osric right after the searing cut scene. Once he gives you the quest he will change his position but that doesn't really matter since he has nothing else to say about the quest or any other quests to give.
His quest is to go and talk with Warmaster Tydus inside Ascalon City so if you've already done that then the quest is complete and would have been removed from your quest log. If you didn't accept the quest then you might want to try looking for him around the entrance to Ascalon City as he's been known to roam around there every now and then. If he's not there then just try and zone back and forth a couple of times. Either way you really don't need to do the quest so it's ok to skip it. Although it's worth 500 experience so it's nothing to run away from but searching for it might not be worth all of that. |

Ok thanks, I was worried the quest was a major plot thing, but I now I see it was just something to help get you started, thanks for your help.
